No Refunds for Digital Products
All purchases on Instant Pet Portraits are final. We do not offer refunds for digital downloads, including generated portrait files and unlocked high-resolution images.
Reason for Policy
Our product is delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after payment. Because digital goods cannot be returned, refunds are not available.
Technical Delivery Issues
If you paid but did not receive access to your purchased file due to a technical issue, contact us and we will ensure proper delivery.
If your purchased file is not delivered or is technically unusable, contact support within 7 days of purchase. If we cannot resolve the issue promptly, we will provide a full refund.
